The sequel to the film adaptation of Five Nights at Freddy’s has a release date

The film is being produced by Universal Pictures and Blumhouse.

The release date for the sequel to the film Five Nights at Freddy’s based on the horror game series of the same name has become officially known. So, the film will be released on December 5, 2025. The filming process starts in July this year, with Emma Tammi again in the director’s chair.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 will be released simultaneously in theaters and on the Peacock streaming service, like the first part. The hybrid release did not prevent the original film from collecting about $300 million on a budget of $20. Such fees set a record in the history of Blumhouse.
