Total War: Pharaoh will feature new factions and an improved story campaign

The authors will work on expanding the map and eliminating bugs and errors.

A large free strategy update will bring four new factions and other content to the game. The campaign will also be redesigned.

Among the new locations will be the Aegean Sea and Mesopotamia. The developers will add factions such as Babylon, Troy, Mycenae and Assyria. In addition, over eight dozen new units are expected, including about 70 characters from Total War: Saga Troy.

The strategy will also include a system of dynasties, through which it will be possible to leave a legacy for leaders. The old story campaign will remain, but a new one will be added to it.

The update’s release date has not yet been announced.
