Insider: the new Battlefield could be a real disappointment for fans.

Well-known informant Tom Henderson believes that nothing good should be expected from the next part of the franchise. Although previously the series was considered the main competitor of Call of Duty.

According to an insider, the development process for the shooter is not going very well. He is confident that the new part will be absolutely “safe” and “predictable.”

Henderson thinks that the last “safe” game in the series was the poorly remembered Battlefield 4. The new part is expected to be some kind of add-on based on Battlefield 2042. The title does not yet have a release date. Recently, several top managers left Electronic Arts, which has a bad effect on development.
