CJ from San Andreas was added to Baldur’s Gate III using a mod

Modder MaestroMetty has developed a mod for Baldur’s Gate III that adds Carl Johnson from GTA: San Andreas to the game. It is posted on the Nexus Mods portal.

CJ specializes in hand-to-hand combat and can help the player in battles. To get it, you need to get the Grove Street magic necklace. This item is available for purchase from merchant Arron in the Emerald Grove. It is also found in the chest located behind the Shadowheart capsule on Nautiloid.

The mod has already been downloaded over a hundred times, players are happy with it. A number of other users asked MaestroMetty to add Kratos from God of War to the game.
