Battlefield 2042 will be temporarily available for free on PC and consoles

Battlefield 2042 is getting a free weekend. Owners of PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles will be able to play the shooter for free on March 20-25, while on PC (Steam) this will be available on March 21-24.

Season 7 of Turning Point will begin on March 19. Thus, Haven maps in Chile and Stadium in Qatar, redesigned at the request of gamers, will be added to the shooter. In addition, three new types of weapons will become available: the SCZ-3 submachine gun and two automatic rifles, AK 5C and DFR Strife. The game will also feature the SRAW ATGM, the XFAD-4 Draugr bomber aircraft, and various skins for weapons and vehicles. There will be a Battle Pass and premium content in the game.
