YouTube Launches Free AI Feature to Generate Background Music

Google has introduced a new option for its video hosting service, aimed at simplifying work with music in videos. The new tool, built into YouTube Studio, allows content authors to create unique background music using artificial intelligence.

The service is called Creator Music and is currently being launched in a limited mode – major bloggers will be the first to try it out. Working with the generator is based on a text description: users can specify not only the genre of the future composition, but also specify individual elements – for example, the desired mood of the track or the presence of specific instruments.

The generated tracks can be immediately downloaded and used in your videos. During the testing phase, the function is provided free of charge, as are the musical compositions created with its help. However, in the future, Google may introduce paid options or a monetization system.
