Take-Two Confirms GTA 6 Release Date for Fall 2025

The publisher has published a new financial report, in which it confirmed that the release of the hotly anticipated action game is still scheduled for autumn this year. The head of the company noted that development is on schedule, which reduces the likelihood of the project being postponed.

In addition, updated data on Rockstar title sales was revealed. The total circulation of GTA 5 has exceeded 210 million copies, and the entire GTA series has sold over 440 million copies. No less impressive are the figures for RDR 2 – it has been purchased over 70 million times, and sales of the entire Red Dead series have reached the mark of 95 million copies.

The report also lists the company’s upcoming major releases. Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 and PGA Tour 2K25 will be released in February, and WWE 2K25 in March. Mafia: The Old Country is expected this summer, and Borderlands 4 by the end of the year. Judas from the developer BioShock remains among the long-awaited projects, but its release date has not yet been determined.
