Tactical shooter Ready or Not is coming to consoles — first trailer released

Void Interactive has unveiled the debut trailer for the console version of its hardcore tactical shooter Ready or Not, scheduled for release in the summer of 2025 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Following its success on PC, where the title has won acclaim for its realistic simulation of special forces operations, the project will finally be available to a wider audience.

Ready or Not’s gameplay immerses players in intense SWAT police operations, where each mission requires careful planning and precise execution. The fighters’ arsenal includes a variety of assault tactics, hostage rescue, explosive device defusal, and countering terrorist threats. The developers placed special emphasis on realism – unjustified cruelty and accidental civilian casualties will negatively affect the results of the operation.

The console version will be released as an expanded edition, including two already released DLCs and one completely new add-on, the details of which are still being kept secret. Along with the console release, PC players will receive a large-scale free update that adds fresh content to all versions of the project.
