Sonic x Shadow Generations Has Already Sold a Million Copies. It Only Took a Weekend

A remaster of the 2011 platformer with an add-on in the form of the antihero Shadow was released last week.

SEGA announced that Sonic x Shadow Generations, which was released last Friday, sold more than 1 million copies over the weekend. The game already has extremely favorable reviews on Steam. Most of all, players praise the add-on in the form of levels for the hedgehog Shadow.

Sonic x Shadow Generations was released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch on October 25.
