Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 to Show 40% Performance Boost
- AYG -An insider at Digital Chat Station has revealed the debut test results of the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 chip, which has not yet been officially unveiled. According to the leak, the new product demonstrated a 40.7% performance increase in the AnTuTu benchmark compared to the current top-end Qualcomm chip.

According to the source, the fresh processor scored 3.8 million points in tests, which significantly exceeds the performance of the Snapdragon 8 Elite from the device in the iQOO 13, the fastest Android smartphone to date.

The chipset will be manufactured using the 3-nanometer TSMC N3P process technology and will receive a “1 + 2 + 6” cluster architecture. The chip will include upgraded Pegasus cores with a maximum clock frequency of up to 5.00 GHz. In combination with ARM Scalable Matrix Extension (SME) technology, they will provide more efficient processing of complex computing tasks.
Qualcomm has not yet officially announced the new processor, but given the scale of the leaks, its presentation may take place in the coming months.
