S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Will Get Mod Support on Both PC and Xbox

The game’s development manager spoke about this.

Technical producer of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Evgeny Kulik said that the shooter will receive support for user modifications, which was the case with previous parts of the series. It is noteworthy that mods can be installed both on the PC version of the game and on the Xbox Series. The development team is creating software specifically for this purpose that will make it possible to make advanced mods.

It is still unknown when it will be possible to create modifications for the title. It is expected that mod support will appear for PC in one of the first updates. The option will probably appear on Xbox at the same time.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be released on November 20, 2024.
