Rogbid Unveils First Smart Ring With Touch Display

The Chinese company Rogbid, known for its innovations in the field of wearable electronics, has released a unique gadget – Rogbid SR08 Ultra, which has become the world’s first smart ring with a touch screen. The new product is equipped with a built-in OLED display, which makes it more functional than traditional wearable devices.

The touch screen, located on the outside of the device, allows owners to quickly receive data on time, number of steps, heart rate, blood oxygen level and sleep quality, without having to access a smartphone. In addition, the device collects data on physical activity, including counting calories burned and workout statistics.

The ring supports synchronization with iOS and Android devices through a special application. The declared autonomy is up to 5 days, and when using a charging case-power bank – up to 20 days.

Specifications: the case is made of titanium alloy, which provides protection against water according to the 5ATM standard. The device weighs only 4 g, the rim width is 8 mm and the thickness is 2.5 mm. The device is available in six sizes (from 7 to 12) and three colors: gold, silver and black.

The device is already on sale in China at a price of about $90.
