According to trusted insider Dusk Golem, the next part of the Resident Evil series will continue the trend of remakes and will use a third-person camera. Although some sources suggest the ability to switch between views, the main gameplay will likely retain the classic “shoulder” perspective familiar from the latest re-releases of the franchise.

Dusk Golem, who has a reputation for being a reliable source of information about Capcom projects, emphasizes that this information remains officially unconfirmed. Earlier, he reported a radical change in the game’s concept – initially, Resident Evil 9 was developed as a multiplayer project, but was completely redesigned.
