Production of the global mod GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition is finished: the release will take place in January 2025

The Revolution Team team of developers has completed work on an ambitious modification that transfers the original game to the GTA 4 engine. The project is scheduled for release in January 2025.

The developers shared details about the large-scale work done over the past year. The mod recreates all the story and side missions, cutscenes, races, original radio stations, loading screens and even support for old cheat codes. The team also integrated many additional improvements, preserving the atmosphere of the iconic Vice City.

The release was postponed to the coming January to devote additional time to testing and eliminating possible bugs. The exact release date has not yet been announced, but the team is confident that the mod will be flawless, thanks to the final revision.

The project promises to give fans of the classic GTA a new look at their favorite game with modern graphics and improved gameplay.
