Oblivion Remaster Devs May Be Developing New Content for Cyberpunk 2077
- AYG -Indirect evidence has appeared online that Virtuos, the studio known for its work on The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion remaster, is taking part in the production of new content for Cyberpunk 2077. Reddit users found information about his work on upcoming quests for the CD Projekt RED title in the LinkedIn profile of screenwriter Doug Van Horn, although this data was subsequently deleted.
This is not the first experience of Virtuos collaborating with the Polish studio – the team previously helped with the development of update 2.2 for Cyberpunk 2077. The appearance of such specialists in the project may indicate the preparation of either a new large-scale addition or a significant update, despite the official end of support for the game.

CD Projekt RED’s interest in additional content for Cyberpunk 2077 may be related to the desire to maintain interest in the franchise against the backdrop of the sequel’s transition to the next stage of development. However, there has been no official confirmation of work on a new DLC yet, leaving room for speculation among fans of the project.
