Light show involving 5,000 drones sets new world record
- AYG -The US company Sky Elements organized the longest light show involving drones, thus setting a new record, which was noted in the Guinness Book of Records. The show took place on December 20 in Texas and lasted 30 minutes. It involved 5,000 unmanned aerial vehicles, which allowed it to surpass the previous record of a Chinese company, which used 2,500 drones in a show lasting 26 minutes.
Spectators could watch this large-scale event from their cars, enjoying music on radios. The program included several spectacular scenes, the central place among which was occupied by Santa Claus in a carriage with reindeer.
The final part of the performance ended with a bright inscription “Merry Christmas” in the sky, which became an impressive chord of the festive show. For Sky Elements, this achievement has already become the eleventh world record. The company representatives emphasized that the show not only created a festive atmosphere, but also became a significant step forward in the development of technology.
