John Wick in a skirt. A new trailer for the action game SPINE has been released, demonstrating a revolutionary combat system

Nekki Studio has released a new trailer for its ambitious action project SPINE, demonstrating the unique freeflow combat mechanics that blur the lines between shootouts and hand-to-hand combat. Unlike traditional action games, the game allows you to smoothly combine firearms with spectacular blows within a single dynamic system.

The main character Redline uses not only firearms and combat techniques, but also the environment – tables, walls and random objects become part of deadly combinations. The developers paid special attention to animation transitions, thanks to which the battles look cinematic and organic.

The trailer also revealed details of the hardcore mode, where the heroine wears sunglasses – they break after the first missed blow, adding a challenge to experienced players.

SPINE is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and, surprisingly, Nintendo Switch 2. No exact release date has been revealed yet, but the project is already generating buzz thanks to its innovative approach to action gameplay.
