iPhone SE (2025) to Get Past-Inspired Design

Insider Sony Dixon posted on social network X photos of mockups of the 4th generation iPhone SE. The new model, scheduled for 2025, will be a significant step forward compared to its predecessor, while retaining the features of the classic design. Judging by the images, the device will resemble the legendary iPhone 4, released in 2010.

The iPhone SE (2025) will have a case with flat edges, similar to those used in the iPhone 12 and subsequent models. There will be one camera on the back panel, and the front will be equipped with a 6.1″ OLED screen with small frames. Most of the leaks indicate the presence of a notch like the iPhone 14, but some sources suggest that the device may receive a Dynamic Island, familiar to users of the iPhone 15 and 16.

It is expected that Touch ID will give way to the Face ID sensor, and the device will be equipped with an A18 processor, which is also used in the iPhone 16. This will provide support for the latest Apple Intelligence options. The standard version of the smartphone will offer 128 GB of internal memory, and the battery capacity will increase to 3279 mAh. Significant improvements will affect the cameras: the main one will receive a resolution of 48 MP, and the front one – 12 MP.

The official announcement of the 4th generation iPhone SE is expected to take place in March or April 2025, and the price tag will start at $ 400-500.
