GTA VI trailer remade in GTA V engine featuring Michael and Trevor

After the release of the second official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, which caused a stir in the gaming community, a talented modder under the pseudonym Gu1maz presented a creative adaptation of the video within the framework of the previous part of the series. Using the capabilities of GTA V, the author replaced the new protagonists Jason and Lucia with Michael and Trevor, familiar from the original trilogy of the HD universe. For greater authenticity, Trevor appeared in a woman’s dress, parodying the image of Lucia.

The fan version of the trailer scrupulously repeats the key moments of the official video – robberies, extreme stunts, dance scenes and the signature humor of the series. The original GTA VI trailer, which, according to the developers, combines game footage and pre-rendered scenes, has already exceeded the mark of 500 million views on various platforms.

The official release of GTA VI will take place on May 26, 2026, exclusively for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles – the release was originally planned for 2025. There is no information yet about the possible appearance of the title on PC. Let us remind you that the second trailer was recorded directly on PlayStation 5, which confirms the optimization of the project for new platforms.
