GTA V Update Gets Scattered Reviews on Steam

The next-gen GTA V update that was released on PC has caused a strong negative reaction among players. Although the graphics have indeed improved slightly, many users have encountered visual and functional problems, which has led to a sharp drop in the game’s rating.

In just one day since its release, Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced has collected almost 6,000 user ratings, and its overall rating on Steam has been fixed at 50%, which indicates the disappointment of players. Users note that the visual changes are insignificant, especially if graphic mods were used before. However, the main reason for dissatisfaction was the inability to transfer progress to GTA Online, which forced many to return to the old version.

In addition, gamers complain about poor optimization, incorrect ray tracing, and the fact that new effects greatly reduce performance, but do not bring significant improvements to the picture. Other complaints include blurry textures, strange reflections, and poor detailing of the environment.

Earlier, a video comparison of the old and updated versions of the game appeared online, where you can indeed see some improvements, but players still did not see any global changes.
