Football arcade Rematch from the creators of Sifu launched with record online

The beta test of the new sports arcade game Rematch from the Sloclap studio, known for the action movie Sifu, gathered more than 100,000 concurrent users on the first day. The project, launched on April 18, is available for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S users by invitation, but has already caused a huge stir.

Rematch offers an unconventional view of football – matches are held in a 5 vs. 5 format, without offsides, fouls and any artificial advantages. Players control one football player, relying only on skill and team tactics. Dynamic battles in bright arenas and equal conditions for all participants make the gameplay as intense and spectacular as possible.

The official release of the game is scheduled for June 19 on the same platforms. It is important to note that Rematch will be available to Russian players on Steam, and also received an interface and subtitles in Russian. Given the success of the beta test, the project may become one of the main sports arcades of this summer.
