First CAD renders of Xiaomi 16 reveal design of future flagship

Well-known insider Majin Bu has published computer images of the upcoming Xiaomi 16 smartphone, created on the basis of CAD models. The published renders demonstrate a noticeable change in the design of the camera module compared to the current model – the manufacturer has abandoned the decorative plug imitating the fourth sensor.

According to available data, the new product will acquire a 6.3-inch OLED display with reduced frames, a powerful 6800 mAh battery with support for 100-watt charging and the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. It is assumed that the official presentation of Xiaomi 16 will take place at the end of September this year, which corresponds to the traditional release schedule of the flagship line of the Chinese brand.
