Escape from Tarkov Will Finally Leave Early Access in 2025

Developers from Battlestate Games have posted the long-awaited roadmap for their hardcore shooter, according to which the title will leave early access in 2025. This means that since the first release in 2017, the project has spent seven years in beta testing. During this time, the team intends to release a series of major updates, including fixes, new content and special game events.

Of particular interest is the final stage of development, which should lead to a full release. Fans are waiting for the completion of all planned changes, including balancing, optimization and adding missing features.

Despite the long period of early access, Escape from Tarkov has already won a loyal audience thanks to its unique mixture of a realistic combat simulator and action with RPG elements. Now it remains to be seen whether the final version will be able to live up to the fans’ long-standing expectations.
