Entertainment Weekly has published exclusive footage from the upcoming action film Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra

The title is being developed by Skydance New Media, led by Amy Hennig, who became famous thanks to the Uncharted franchise. The plot will take place mainly in captured Paris during World War II. The story centers on a team of superheroes, including Captain America, Black Panther, fighter Gabriel Jones and Nanaly, who unite to fight the villainous organization Hydra.

The superhero action is being created on the basis of Unreal Engine 5, which guarantees impressive graphics. The authors promise a rich story campaign and the ability to play for all four heroes, switching between them at certain stages of the story.

Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is set to be released in 2025. The posted art shows the main protagonists – Cap and Black Panther, as well as the picturesque jungles of Wakanda.
